What a fine night of music it was. Opened by one of my favorites, Just Jo with her accoustic Blues. Then followed by Juliana Finch, Nanyana, Grace Buford, and Mother Earth and Sun. It doesn’t get much better than that. Juliana, Nanyana, and Mother Earth and Sun were new to me and certainly a great moment in Live Music.
Grace brings such energy and spirit to the stage with her accoustic set. It is always a pleasure to see her.
Juliana was certainly fun to see. Her humorous lyrics around her desired or challenging relationships makes fun of what most people face as they traverse the roads of life. Loved her set.
Being the first time I have seen Nanyana, I was not disappointed. She often performs with a full band. But this time she was accoustic, solo. She adds a bit of humor to her witty lyrics. This was fun.
Mother Earth and Sun was a full band with horns, strings and percussions and closed out the night. This was an exciting set of rock and progressive and a nice way to cap off the evening.
Thank you Go Girls for the fine tunes.
